There was a need to create a robust digital presence, which included the development of a user-friendly, visually engaging website and the establishment of a consistent and impactful branding presence across key marketing collaterals and customer touch points.

Central to the strategy was the use of performance-driven digital channels. We leveraged Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to build awareness and foster community engagement, targeting users based on health interests, behaviors, and location. Simultaneously, we deployed Google Ads to capture high-intent search traffic from individuals actively seeking medical services, ensuring the hospital appeared prominently in relevant search results. The outcome was a significant boost in both digital engagement and qualified leads, helping the hospital not only increase footfall but also strengthen its reputation as a leading name in quality healthcare.

With a dual focus on experiential healing and retail offerings, Swagram recognized the need to create a strong, cohesive brand identity that could authentically represent both its serene resort experience and its curated line of Ayurvedic wellness products. The goal was to build a brand that not only reflected the essence of traditional Ayurvedic wisdom but also appealed to the modern, health-conscious consumer.
